Welcome to Angle. By using the app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What is Angle

Angle is an app that helps you gain a fresh perspective on situations you've encountered — for every thought that won't let go, every conflict with someone close, and even the small everyday moments that leave us with an uneasy feeling.

Angle doesn't give advice and doesn't judge — it asks the questions that help you step out of the "I" mindset and into the "we" mindset, and find within yourself compassion and empathy toward those around you. The app does not provide psychological, medical, legal, or any other professional advice.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Treatment

Angle is not a substitute for professional mental, psychological, or medical care. In situations of distress, suicidal thoughts, or any mental health emergency — please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Minimum Age

Use of the app is intended for users aged 16 and above. Use by minors under 16 is prohibited without parental consent.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

The text you write is sent to Anthropic's AI service (Claude) for processing and generating responses. We do not store your conversation content. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Angle's purpose is to spread light and love — to help us understand together that the world is greater than what we can perceive.

We sincerely ask you: do not turn this tool into something harmful. This means no use for illegal purposes, no harassment of others in any form, no spreading of harmful content, and no use that may hurt another person.

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms — and we truly do not want to have to do that.

6. Service Availability

We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service.

The service is provided as-is, and we will not be liable for damages arising from service interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in Angle — including the name, logo, design, content, and code — are reserved to the app's owners. No copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the app is permitted without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Angle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or inability to use it. Angle's maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
